Cemex is excited to be progressing their emerging proposals for Land north of Coldharbour Lane and east of Ten Acre Lane to create a high quality, community focused development of up to 120 homes.
The proposals would help to realise the vision outlined in the Thorpe Neighbourhood Plan in bringing forward homes alongside public green space and recreational facilities;
- Up to 120 new homes, with a range of housing types responding to local needs and opportunities to help residents stay in the village
- A substantial multi-use community park open to all and focussed on improving health and wellbeing
- Parking spaces, toilets and facilities for the community visiting the site, park or cemetery
- Enhanced biodiversity, landscaping and boundary treatments across the site
- Exploring opportunities for improved pedestrian and cycle connections across the site, enabling better access into the village
- An opportunity to bring new life and public value to previously inaccessible land
